Use of our Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with
these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors and others who access or use the our Office & Services. By accessing our websites or by using our Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. When you Purchase our Services you may be asked to supply certain information about yourself, such as Name and Address and Financial Information for Payment.
You may be billed automatically for an agreed upon service on a recurring appointment structure.
Seven Rivers Productions Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites hat we may link to for information purposes.
Booked appointments confirmed in writing by phone call or SMS text message will be charged for in full if no cancellation was made within 48 hours of the appointment time (this is at our discretion). Appointments cancelled at 72 hours or greater will not incur any charge.
If you have received a discount for package services which you then cancel, the appointments you have used will be re-charged at the full rate before any discount is calculated. You can’t take advantage of a bulk booking discount & then expect to keep the discount when you cancel the bulk purchase. This will work as follows: Used appointments re-calculated at full rate will be deducted from the original discounted payment and the remainder may be refunded. This may result in a payment being owed to us depending on the amount of the original discount-we will not collect this type of underpayment.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms
taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
